Bruce Gray - Vocals

Bruce is a Maury Hi grad & ODU alum in Norfolk,Va were he was born 1950. Bruce is a premier front man who is both dynamic and high energy . He is flowing with charisma. Having previously fronted the bands The Hang 5 Mann( 1964-67), Scared for Life (1977-1979), Tango Storm(1979-1982) and The Jailtones(1983-1993). In 1994 was the lead vocalist on a studio CD project under the name of The Terminal Boys. That was the year BIG FUN was formed as well. His stage experience and presence is felt by the crowds and musicians alike. Bruce's roots are deep in Soul & R&B. His interpretations are both moving and intense. His soulful style of singing is renowned in the state of Virginia and the better part of the eastern seaboard. Bruce has also become an accomplished Blues Harp player over the years. One of Bruce's more memorable quotes is, " You don't wait for the crowd to excite you, you excite them," and "When I'm boppin on the stage and sweatin out loud, to me it's only thing."(line from his song"On my way back" 1981). Well liked and easy to work with, he's a great guy to be in a band with. Believe it folks!!!
